This is an action packed role and it is hands on. If you are an armchair leader, this is NOT the place for you. We will rely on you to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of various projects / processes. We expect you to develop leaders around you, and motivate and drive people in the most effective and efficient manner to achieve our clients' stringent SLAs. We want you to find ways to make the company / project more productive by providing effective quality methods for business operations.
Should possess a total experience of 5-15 years with at least 3 years as an Operations Manager
Should have managed a minimum of 100 employees
Be honest and work with integrity to support the team
Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
Excellent written, verbal and strong collaboration / interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and proven attention to details
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and reduce attrition
